Fill the lower pot of the steam juicer with water.
Place the juice container with the spout on top, then the fruit basket and fill with the dirndls, sugar and citric acid and cover.
Heat the pot until the water boils, and keep it gently boiling throughout the juicing process.
Once the fruit gets hot in the steam, the juice will collect in the juice container and can be bottled through the spout.
You should pour back the first liter because it is usually not hot enough yet. After about 40 minutes, you get about 5 liters of juice, which is filled into clean bottles while still hot.
