For the zucchini soup with chili, first chop the zucchini and onion, halve the garlic cloves. Heat oil in a pot and sauté zucchini, onion and garlic in it for about 5 minutes.

Pour the vegetable soup over the vegetables, add the basil leaves, chili paste, salt and pepper and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Puree the zucchini soup with chili and season again with salt and pepper. If desired, sour cream can still be stirred in! Enjoy your meal!
