For the apple marzipan pastry, cut the puff pastry into 8 rectangles. Crush the marzipan with rum, mix the remaining ingredients, except for the apples.

Put the mixture in the middle of the rectangles and spread the apples on top.

Fold the corners crosswise, brush the other corners with water as well and bake the apple-marzipan-pockets in the oven at 190 degrees for about 25 minutes.
