For the spicy garden chili butter, wash the peppers and chilies and cut into very fine rings.

Dab the dried tomatoes with kitchen paper and chop finely. Grate the rosemary needles from the stem and chop them finely as well.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, salt well, mix together and stir in the homemade butter until all the ingredients are well mixed with the butter.

Shape the hot garden chili butter, for example with a large cookie cutter, and store in the refrigerator until serving.
