For the spelt snowmen, put the flour in a bowl with the sugar, salt and dry yeast. Add butter, egg and lukewarm milk and work into a yeast dough.
Cover with a damp cloth and let rest in a warm place for about 1 hour. For the spelt snowmen, form 2 equal-sized balls as body and belly. Form the hat from a ball about half the size. Place 2 raisins on top as eyes.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover again with a cloth and let rise again for about 30 minutes. Brush the spelt snowmen with a little milk and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
