Mix the Ja!Natürlich spelt flakes, Ja!Natürlich spelt drink, water, Skyr, apple-banana puree, Ja!Natürlich flaxseed and 1/2 teaspoon Ja!Natürlich cinnamon and leave to swell in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
Cut the Ja!Natürlich apple into small cubes and fry briefly in a pan with hot Ja!Natürlich sunflower oil, stir in half a teaspoon of cinnamon and set aside.
Garnish the spelt porridge with the apple pieces and Ja!Natürlich almond puree.
