Stir sour cream and crème fraîche in a baking bowl with the juice of one lemon, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Heat white wine in a saucepan and let gelatin melt in it, stir gelatin into remaining liquid.

Pour into cooled rinsed glasses or molds, set in the refrigerator.

Shortly before serving, crush the cleaned and washed strawberries, stir in the orange liqueur, pour over the sour cream before serving.
