For the sheep cheese in bacon preheat the oven to 60 degrees. Cut the sheep’s cheese into 12 pieces, salt, pepper and wrap each with a slice of bacon.

Wash and drain the lettuce.

For the marinade, mix lemon juice, sage and 2 tablespoons water, season with salt and pepper. Add olive oil while stirring.

Quickly fry the cheese pieces in 4 tablespoons of oil, remove from the pan and keep warm in the oven. Mix salad with marinade and serve with feta cheese wrapped in bacon.
