For the semolina casserole, boil the milk with the butter and spices and stir in the semolina. Let the mixture cool down a bit and add the egg yolk and the bacon cubes. Finally, fold in the beaten snow, pour into Dariol molds or demitasse cups lined with plastic wrap and poach the semolina casserole in the oven at 150 °C for 20 – 30 minutes.
