First, divide each of the ribs so that they fit into the cooking pot. Roughly chop the onion and sauté in the pot with a little oil.
Then peel the vegetables, cut into large pieces and add to the pressure cooker with the ribs. Fill up with water to the maximum mark. Attention: the ingredients must be covered by the water.
Finally, add the bay leaves and close the pot. Now let it boil for about 15 minutes. Then release the pressure and serve the ribs warm.
