Try this delicious cake recipe:

Grease and sprinkle a cake pan of about 22 cm ø.

Dissolve the butter and let it cool. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until foamy. Grind the almond kernels or nut kernels and mix with the breadcrumbs and the grated orange peel. Stir the butter and the liquid into the sugar and egg yolk mixture. Add the orange peel-almond breadcrumb mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in carefully. Bake in the lower part of the oven at 175 °C for 1 hour.

Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top for garnish.
