For rum balls with speculoos, melt chocolate and butter over steam. Gradually add rum, cocoa, coffee, nuts and speculoos and mix well.

Chill the mixture until it is well blended. If it is too soft, add more cookies. If it is too firm, add more liquid. Form balls and roll the rum balls with speculoos in crumbles.
