For the filling, grate the cucumber half on the grater, season with salt and pull about 10 min. Squeeze lightly and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Place two slices of meat on each side, overlapping on the wide side. Spread the filling evenly over the meat and roll the slices into cornets.

Garnish with the mint leaves and the finely sliced cucumber.
