For the club sandwich with herb curd, first remove the seeds from half the cucumber, grate coarsely, salt and let stand for a few minutes. Then squeeze out the water that comes out. Now chop the garlic cloves. Season the yogurt and the curd cheese with salt and pepper, add the chopped garlic clove as well as the grated cucumber and refine with lemon juice.
Meanwhile, cut the bread slices in half and toast them. Slice the cocktail tomatoes and the second half of the cucumber. To serve, spread each half slice of toast with the curd cream.
