For the butter buns, take puff pastry out of the package. Melt the butter and mix well with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Spread the liquid cinnamon-sugar butter on the puff pastry.
Sprinkle raisins on top, roll up tightly and cut into 2 cm thick slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Brush with yolk and bake the butter buns at 180 °C top-bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes.
