For the quick banana cookies, crush or grind the rolled oats in a stand mixer. Place in an extra bowl and mash the bananas.

Mix water and oatmeal and let sit for 10 minutes. Add to the bananas in the blender and blend gently. Preheat the oven to 180 °C convection and make small mounds with a spoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake the cookies for 25 minutes, making sure that they do not get too brown.
