For the oatmeal with fruit, grind the oatmeal (also works great with a stand mixer). Cut the dates into small pieces.

Soak the oatmeal and dates in water in a covered container and place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, stir well and crush the dates a bit.

If necessary, put out the peel from the dates. Peel and chop the peaches and apple, add apple syrup and raspberries, stir and garnish as desired.
