For 4 people:


boiled, peeled potatoes and cut into slices. Hard eggs, rinse, peel and cut into quarters. Peel onion and cut into rings. Cut gherkins into small pieces, drain capers. Mix all ingredients.

Mix crème fraîche, mustard, whole milk yogurt, cucumber water, salt, pepper and sugar. Sauce over it form, mix well and cook for half an hour in the refrigerator. Serve sprinkled with chive rolls.
