Cut the meat into small strips. Quarter the cabbage head and cut out the stem, coarsely chop the white cabbage, rinse and drain. Scrape the carrots and cut them into quarters lengthwise, remove the peel from the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Chop the onion into rings. Cut the peppers in half, pit them and cut them into small strips.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion slices until translucent. Add the meat and fry. Add the cabbage and cook on the stove for 20 minutes.

Add the garlic, carrots, ginger, turmeric and salt and cook for 5 minutes. Add potato pieces ditto in cooking pot and sauté everything together at low temperature, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 min.

Add pecoroni.
