For the herb crust:


For the herb-crusted pollack, preheat the oven to 220 °C degrees. Season the defrosted fish fillets with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Then place them in a greased baking dish.

For the herb crust, peel the onion, chop finely and mix with the defrosted herbs. Mix in the egg white, crème fraîche, oil and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the mixture on the fish fillets with a tablespoon, flatten a bit and bake in the oven on the middle shelf at 220 °C for about 12 minutes.

Arrange the pollock with herb crust and serve.
