Try this delicious pasta dish:

Cut onion in half. Cut half of the ginger into slices. Cut carrot into quarters. Make one onion half, ginger slices and carrot quarters with the water for ten minutes.

Rinse the chicken breast and steep in the soup for twenty minutes. Season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Cut the second half of the onion and the remaining ginger into thin strips and roast in the oil until crispy, set aside.

Cut chilies into rings, remove seeds if desired.

Soak the noodles in warm water for ten min. Make in enough salted water for one minute and rinse when cooled.

Take out chicken breast and cut into tranches. Season with soy sauce. Divide evenly with noodles in bowls. Pour over boiling soup. Garnish with onions, coriander leaves, chili rings and ginger. Add soy sauce separately to the table.
