For the peppermint sugar, wash the peppermint and dry with kitchen paper. Puree with sugar in a blender. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Heat the oven to 50 °C, turn it off and put the baking tray in for 2 hours. Pour the sugar into jars and close tightly.
