For the banana-peach cake, first grease the cake pan (24 cm). For the dough, put flour and baking powder in a bowl.

Add sugar, salt, eggs and butter. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer (lowest speed, then medium) pour the dough into the baking pan and spread it evenly with your hands.

Bake the cake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 °C hot air or 200 °C top/bottom heat. Then let it cool down.

For the cream, prepare the pudding according to the package instructions (but with 125 ml milk!) Spread the cream evenly on the cake.

Top with sliced fruit (bananas and peaches). Finally, spread the cake glaze (according to package directions) over the fruit.

Let the banana-peach cake cool and decorate with nuts on the edge
