For the vanilla cake, grease a baking pan with butter. For the base batter, beat 4 (!) egg whites until stiff, fold in flour, baking powder and sweetener to taste.

Pour the batter into the (greased) baking pan and place in the oven for about 5 minutes.

For the mixture, separate the remaining eggs and beat egg whites with vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix curd, egg yolks, bourbon vanilla, juice of one lemon and sweetener.

Mix in egg whites and baking powder, then pour into the baking pan and place in the oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
