Bring the whipped cream to the boil. Remove the kettle from the heat and stir in the chopped cooking chocolate until melted. Make the butter smooth and stir together with the cooled chocolate mass until creamy.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
