Mix all ingredients(except the caramel) for 5 min. at the beginning put the caramel in a mold, then pour in the liquid batter and cook in a water bath at 120 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in the stove. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours and bring to the table cut into slices.


Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
