Properly rinse the cod fillet under running water and dry with household paper. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon and sprinkle with salt. Rub well into the fish fillet with your fingers. Then cut the fish into 4 cm pieces. Peel the onions and cut them into narrow rings. Clean and rinse the peppers, removing the stalks and seeds. Cut into very thin strips. Pluck the parsley from the stems, rinse and dry, do not chop. Heat the oil in a large frying pan with a lid. Add the parsley leaves, onion rings, bell pepper strips, the crushed garlic clove and the listed spices. Cover and cook for about 8 minutes until soft. Pour in the water and add the fish pieces. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes. Finally, carefully fold in the sour cream and serve the fish stew. It goes well with grainy cooked long grain rice.
Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
