For the orange chia pudding, squeeze the orange and mix the juice with chia seeds and agave syrup. Stir frequently at the beginning. Refrigerate for approx. 2 hours or overnight.
Wash apple, peel kiwi, cut in half and slice both thinly. Thinly slice the dried apricot as well. Place the fruit on top of the chia pudding or mix together.
Chop the pistachios and sprinkle on top.
