For the roast lung with honey and ginger, clean the meat and put it together with soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a bag and let it marinate for some time in the refrigerator.

Remove the meat, pat dry and fry all around in peanut oil. Mix the marinade with the honey and pour it over the meat.
