Preparation wild garlic pesto – (about 10 min):
Shake out the washed wild garlic and basil well, chop coarsely, put in a hand mixer form. Add oil, pine nuts and parmesan, mix well, add salt and pepper to taste, whisk again, ready.
Preparation neck steaks – (about 25 min):
Mix a marinade of oil, chopped chili and lemon zest and marinate the neck steaks with it. Peel onions, cut into wedges, rinse zucchini, cut lengthwise into slices.
Place corn on the cob, onions, steaks and zucchini on the broiler. Brush vegetables repeatedly with liquid herb butter. Spread wild garlic pesto evenly over steaks.
