For the minute steak, pound the steaks, salt and pepper. Brown in oil. Place the steaks on a baking tray.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the ham into cubes, chop the mushrooms.

In the pan where you fried the minute steaks, roast the onion. Roast the ham and the champions.

Spread the mixture on the minute steaks and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
