For the marzipan strawberry fondue, sprinkle the strawberries with vanilla sugar.
Dry roast the peeled almonds in a pan until golden. Mix with brittle and pistachios and place in dessert bowls.
Knead marzipan until soft. Puree with powdered sugar, orange zest and juice, crème fraîche and cornstarch using a blender.
Heat the mixture over low heat in a shallow fondue pot. Keep warm on the teapot over low heat.
At the table, dip strawberries in the marzipan mixture, then dip in pistachio-almond mixture and enjoy the marzipan-strawberry fondue!
