Instructions:

For the dough, beat the egg whites until stiff.

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and yolks. Gradually fold in the flour mixed with baking powder. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake over medium heat until light brown. Let cool completely.

For the cream, whip the whipped cream with the cream stiffener and lemon flavoring until stiff.

Spread thinly on the cooled cake and sprinkle with the chocolate sprinkles.
