According to a Polish recipe:


Cut the eggs in half, take out the yolks, being careful not to damage the whites. Grind the yolks with the sardines, add the mayo and season. Then fill in the egg whites, sprinkle with bell pepper and lemon and place on a plate lined with lettuce leaves.

Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
