Try this delicious pasta dish:
Clean and rinse the leeks, cut them into 1 cm narrow rings and steam them in hot corn oil on 2 or automatic- cook on 8-9 with the lid closed until soft.
Knead the pizza flour with one eighth of a liter of water to a smooth dough, knead in the finely chopped peanuts. Pour the pizza dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm ø), raising the edge by about 3 cm, or line 4 small greased quiche dishes (14 cm ø) with the dough.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C (fan 150 °C, gas mark 2).
Stir the milk, eggs, curry, kitchen herb soup and a little bit of pepper, fold in the leek and form on the dough.
Bake in the heated oven, middle rack, for 45 minutes. Serve sprinkled with pumpkin seeds.
