Instructions:

For the lavender syrup, slit the vanilla bean and scrape out the pulp. Squeeze lemon and bring juice to a boil with sugar, water and vanilla pulp, stirring.

After 5 minutes, remove from heat and stir in lavender. Cover and let steep overnight.

Finely sieve syrup, pour into bottles and store in refrigerator.
