Mix all ingredients by hand and knead into a dough. The butter should be processed necessarily cold.

Then form a large ball and chill for a short time if necessary. With a coffee spoon cut small pieces and form balls.

Place them on a baking tray and flatten with a fork. Bake at 180 °C for 8-12 minutes.
