Rinse the scampi and dry with kitchen towel. Turn them in a baking dish with the salt as well as the oil on the other side. Heat the plancha, an intermediate thing between a frying pan and a broiler, and place the scampi on it, one next to the other. Grill on both sides for about five min, until the langostinos have turned a pinkish color. Serve with bread and lemon.
