Clean and rinse the root vegetables and boil them with the smoked bacon in 1 500 ml of tap water on the stove. Pour the broth through a sieve, add the acid, bind with cooled flour, boil, season with salt. Cut the bacon into cubes, grind the garlic clove with salt and add to the broth. Offer boiled potatoes with melted bacon for it.
