Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a pan with Rama Culinesse until golden. Then pour in the milk and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Grate the cheese with the coarse side of the 4-edge grater into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything well and finish with chopped parsley.

Form small flattened dumplings and fry in a non-stick pan with a little Rama Culinesse until golden on both sides.

Arrange in a soup plate and enjoy with a good strong beef soup.
