A great noodle dish for any occasion:
Wrap a sage leaf in the wan tan dough. Fry in olive oil and put in the stove form. Put butter in a saucepan, add salt crushed in a mortar, juice of a lemon, pistachios, pepper and sage leaves and toss the cooked noodles in it. Finish cooking the cooked celery leaves with the finely chopped onions in the fat, season and arrange on a plate.
