Instructions:

A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Clean the mushrooms with a small kitchen knife, briefly rinse and drain. Cut the mushrooms from top to bottom into thick slices. Remove the skin from the shallots and cut into small cubes. Cut the chives into small cubes as well. Pit the olives and cut them into cubes.

Fry the ox fillets in a hot frying pan with oil on both sides for about three minutes. Then season the steaks with salt and pepper and put them in the oven at 150°C with a little bit of butter and rosemary (for two to three minutes). In the meantime, make the pasta in salted water with bite.

Fry the mushrooms in hot butter until golden, add the shallots and the chives, season with salt and freshly ground pepper and add the whipped cream just before serving. Toss the cooked pasta with the olive cubes in butter.

To serve, place the men’s mushrooms on a plate, place the ox tenderloin on top and turn up the olive noodles with a meat fork and put them on.

Tip:

This dish can just as easily be cooked with porkfish or chanterelles. Untreated flowers are very suitable for garnishing.
