Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Beat the eggs well with the whipped cream and cream cheese. Chop the chives and mix in.
Cut the ham into small pieces and mix in as well. Strain the pasta and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the mixture and bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 40 -50 minutes.
Arrange the ham pasta casserole and serve.
