For the ham cream patties, finely chop the onion. Cut the ham into fine strips. Heat the oil, fry the onion pieces, then add the ham and fry as well. Deglaze with soup.

Whisk the whipped cream with the egg, stir in and simmer gently for a few minutes. In the meantime, cook the Fleckerl al dente, strain and add to the ham sauce.

Mix well, add parsley and season with salt and pepper.
