Instructions:

Stir pineapple juice, juice of one lemon and the other ingredients in a baking bowl and add the salmon fillets. Close the baking dish and refrigerate for one hour. Remove the fish.

Combine the sugar, chili seasoning, grated lemon zest, cumin and salt in a baking bowl and rub it on the fish. Place the fish on the broiler and broil for about 10 minutes, depending on the thickness. Serve with lemon slices.
