Finely chop the carefully boned fish fillets and grind them in the blender for a few seconds. Mix the fish mixture with the remaining ingredients. Place banana leaves and spread 3 heaping tablespoons of fish farce in the center of each leaf. Tightly roll up banana leaf, fold ends over and secure with toothpicks (or kitchen twine). Cook in a little water (covered) or over steam for about 15 minutes, then grill on a charcoal grill (or electric grill) for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, turn occasionally so that the leaves brown evenly. Serve in the banana leaf.
