Instructions:

For the baked tarte flambée, preheat the oven to 240 degrees. Knead flour, 1 pinch of salt, oil, water well and roll out thinly. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Mix 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup crème fraiche with herbs and spread on top (ev salt, pepper).

Add toppings as desired (just not too much! e.g. onion and bacon). Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
