Spread white bread with garlic butter and toast. Cut tomatoes and peppers into small pieces and sauté in oil until soft. Crush the garlic cloves and add them. Later spread evenly on the white bread slices and garnish with anchovy filet rolls, put an olive in the middle. Serve fresh.
