For the flambéed bananas, first tear the lime and one orange into fine zest. Squeeze the oranges and lime. Peel the bananas.
In an uncoated pan, caramelize the sugar. Put the bananas in and deglaze with the lime and orange juice. Add the lime zest, cardamom pods and cinnamon stick and leave to infuse for a few minutes. Turn the bananas over every now and then.
Pour the alcohol over them and carefully light them (preferably with a long match). Serve the flambéed bananas immediately.
