For the fish with lemon sauce, wash the fish and pat dry. Salt and pepper the fish and fry it in oil.
For the lemon sauce, squeeze the lemon, heat the whipping cream with lemon juice. Let it thicken slightly, season with salt and pepper and parsley.
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes until soft. Then sprinkle with parsley. Divide the cauliflower into roses and also boil in salted water for about 15 minutes until soft.
